Ouija madness

Do you believe that a Ouija Board is a dangerous thing to play with? People have been using such things for divination for ages. It can’t possibly be bad right? And it’s just a game created for kids. Or is it?

The Ouija Board has been associated with many bad things over the years. The truth is, to the uninitiated, it could be a very dangerous object. If you believe in that sort of stuff. Which isn’t to say it’s safe to use if you don’t believe in it. There are many people that don’t believe in many things. But it doesn’t stop it from doing harm to them.

One time, when I was playing with a bunch of friends, a friend became “possessed” by a spirit. I know, it sounds outrageous but humor me this one time. We weren’t sure what was going on but my friend that was so tiny with a squeaky voice suddenly started speaking with a low guttural voice. I’m not saying she couldn’t have pretended to talk like that but it was just a little strange. Also, her eyes were closed the entire time like she was sleeping but she would look at us like she could see us. She also knew things she shouldn’t have known.

Luckily, one of the people there happened to be a witch and medium. He took over the situation and managed to have the spirit move on. Later on, we asked her about the situation and she couldn’t remember anything.

Now, it could easily been a big trick by my friends, and they’re laughing right now. In which case, this is awesome and job well done. I fell for it. But in my 50 years of life, I’ve seen many things, some things I could explain and others I could not. So I will not dismiss this as not being a possibility.

Have you ever had a Ouija Board experience you couldn’t explain?
